Women affected by Fistula speak against the stigma

Women suffering from Fistula in the country have continued to suffer in silence due to stigma. The latest report by The United Nations Population Fund show that 3,000 cases of obstetric fistula occur in Kenya every year, with about one or two fistula cases accounting for every 1,000 deliveries.
