Uganda's National risk assessment to be released this week

The Financial Intelligence Authority FIA says that the National Risk Assessment of Uganda touching among other critical issues, Money laundering, will be released by end of this week. Syndey Asubo, the Executive Director of the FIA, is highlighting the sectors of Banking, Insurance and Security that have been scrutinised in this risk assessment. He says over the next 6 months, the Not for Profit Organizations will equally be assessed in respect to their threats around money laundering and terrorist financing.
