Claude Bolling's Javanaise from the Suite for Flute and Jazz Piano Trio. A jazzy, fun, and in my eyes sneaky piece! It's good to be back on Youtube to hear from all of you :) The trip to China was great by the way, maybe I'll upload a performance from there, though I didn't catch myself on video much and when I did I wasn't completely satisfied. Oh well, let's see ^^ I think I'll do a slideshow plus performance, yup, sounds good. Disclaimer: The flutist and I performed this in China several times, so we had quite some practice, but for the quartet we only had 2 short practice sessions. played on the 11th of November 2011.
