Light was Yellow (Clear if in intersection -OR- Do Not Enter/Don't Try and Beat it...) and clearly red, other car was attempting to clear the intersection as they were over the crosswalk. E/B vehicle had no intentions on stopping for the red light or really the other car that was attempting to clear the intersection. Another reason we need red light cameras...
