Stockton settles with family of Misty Holt-Singh, hostage killed 2014 crime spree

The city of Stockton announced Tuesday that it has reached a multi-million-dollar settlement with the family of Misty Holt-Singh, a mother of two who was shot and killed by police bullets during a bank robbery and police chase in July 2014. Holt-Singh's husband, Paul Singh, confirmed the settlement, but he would not say how much the settlement was worth. A park or street will also be named in Holt-Singh's honor, which is part of the family's settlement with the city. Get the full story in the video above.
