Ever since the first moon landing in 1969, scientists have been looking for a way for humans to sustain a mission to the Red Planet. And while David Bowie may have sung about Life on Mars, a company in California says it may have found a way to grow food there. And the techniques could help provide a solution to food shortages here on Earth. Frances Read reports.
