INGREDIENTS 
OIL 3 TBSP
CUMIN SEEDS 1 TSP
BAY LEAF 2 NOS.
BLACK PEPPERCORN 10 NOS.
ONION (SLICED) 2 NOS.
GREEN CHILLI (CHOPPED) 3 NOS.
GINGER GARLIC PASTE 1 TBSP
POTATO (CHOPPED) 2 NOS.
CARROT (CHOPPED) 1 NOS.
GREEN PEAS 1/2 CUP
CAPSICUM (CHOPPED) 1 NOS.
CURD (DAHI) 3 TBSP
RED CHILLI POWDER 1 TBSP
TURMERIC POWDER 1 TSP
SALT TO TASTE
TOMATO (SLICED) 2 NOS.
RICE (BOILED) 1 CUP
BEETROOT (JULIENNE) 1 SMALL
FRESH CORIANDER 2 TBSP
