An Elk Grove family has double the reason to celebrate next weekend: Mother and son are graduating together from Sacramento State. Joshua Dinsmore, 27, will soon have a degree in English. Jeanine Dinsmore, 61, will be graduating with a degree in child development. However, the Dinsmores’ journey to the graduation stage hasn’t been easy.
