VAN NUYS - At approximately 0150, LAFD responded to an investigation. Arriving units found DWP working on a major water main break. It is unknown when the break occurred. A white utility truck appears to have partially fallen through the street. Major flooding was seen in the area. DWP has part of Hazeltine shut down. At the time of the story, DWP still had been unable to shut the main down. LA DWP Is handling the incident.
