Days after settling with the SEC for $20M, Elon Musk has essentially been taunting officials and making light of the situation. To make things worse, in broken English he tweeted that the SEC stands for the Shortseller Enrichment Commission. This is not good, and I just want him to stop as I love him an the company and own a bunch of call options. Teslas stock was already down today because a SEC judge tweeted at him to justify the settlement and now it is down after hours on these tweets. It seems like the settlement didn’t change anything and there is no oversight on Elon Musk.
