I promised some adventure coming up, and here you have it.  I had the chance to get out of my minor boredom here at home and head out to go dogsledding in Jasper, something I've never done before.  I have to tell you, it was awesome.
Though, well it was awesome, it was also extremely difficult shooting photography out in the cold and snowy weather.  Thus, I took the opportunity to use this trip dogsledding to give you some tips on how to shoot winter photography.  I'll show you how to compensate for the snow, what will happen to your batteries, and other things.
Then when the dogsledding is over in Jasper, I take you home to the digital darkroom and walk you through the process of correcting some of the issues you'll come across well shooting in winter months.
