Here we go, (Part 1 of 2) 26 July's duels! The first duel between the instructors is a demo drill with hand AND head targets. So no longer is it just hands, the heads are open as well, but with restraint. So when you're about to hit an open target, you stop just before contact. You can see some examples of it in the duel. This will be the next step up from drills that only target the hands. The rest are beginner duels with 'hands only' targets. These combatants are first timers or have been with us for less than a month. The senior duels will be up soon~! These are not choreographed, and real skills are taught in our sessions. 30 seconds might seem like a short time but when you're in it, it feels like a crazy cardio workout.
