Creative Job Hunting Strategy In Dubai, UAE That No One Uses But Which Works!

When hunting for a job, most people tend to apply for jobs which are advertised in the paper. And most of the candidates tend to position themselves for the jobs which are advertised. However, in my personal experience, there are many companies & businesses that are not aware of their requirements or their needs. Most of them do not know what the customer may want or what the market may need. That is where it is important that you as a candidate take the proactive approach to figure out what the company may want or may need and then present them with a proposal.
In my personal and professional experience, I have always presented the companies with ideas which would help them generate more money, or gain a bigger market share or earn more revenue through the application of the ideas that I would generate for them.
However, the idea must be presented in a business like manner where the cost/revenue analysis is done, the company is aware what benefits they will get, how many money they can make, how much they need to spend and what the KPI's would be in the end.
