Costa Mesa City Council debate at the Feet to the Fire forum at the Robert B. Moore Theatre at Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, Orange County, California on Thursday, September 18, 2014.  At the beginning, Mayor Jim Righeimer explains his opposition to allowing Orange Coast College to expand, afterwards challenger Jay Humphrey offers his rebuttal.  At 1:55, Righeimer discussing development/zoning issues, again Humphrey responds.  At 3:43, Voice of OC Editor Norberto Santana asks Righeimer about what caused Costa Mesa's 60th anniversary party to go way over budget and the $170,000 settlement payment that went to the party's head organizer, Dan Joyce, who ran it.  At 5:20, Righeimer gets off-topic by bringing up an allegation that a cop had sex on duty.  Humphrey responds to Santana's question afterwards.  Recorded on my Canon 5D Mark II DSLR.
