Vehicle Crashes Into Drive-Thru Dairy / Carson RAW FOOTAGE

2-2-18 CARSON - A women traveling south on Vermont Ave.just south of 223rd St. when the red Big Rig with a white 53' trailer was backing into the Venice Bakery for a pick up. When the lady in the navy blue and white striped shirt noticed the rig backing in and blocking the all lanes she panicked and swerved across the lanes and collided with the Vermont Drive Thru Dairy. Her Mitsubishi Montero struck the front driver side of the rig before smashing through the building just feet from the employees office, where a worker was waiting for the next customer to arrive. Amazingly, she escaped with no injuries. The dairy suffered major structural damage and lost a lot of merchandise in the storage are where it was struck. The dairy will be closed for an unknown duration until things are put back together.
