Magistrate Courts can give bail - Supreme Court

#NTVNews The Supreme court has ruled that all offences that are triable by Magistrate Courts, are also bailable by the same Court. This was during the ruling of the petitioned that was filed by the Foundation of Human Rights Initiative in 2006. However, the judges said the court reserves the right who can be can get bail.
