The late Dr. Sarah Ntiro has been described as an honest woman whose efforts to promote the rights of women cannot go unnoticed. 

This as the funeral service for the first woman university graduate in East and Central was held at All Saints Cathedral, Kampala. She died on Monday at the age of 92..
