SPRINGFIELD -- John Legend is donating a private performance for a good cause. "Through my show me campaign, I'm hoping to give kids the gift of music. It's my dream to give back to the community that did so much for me and I'd really appreciate your help to make it happen," said Legend. The Springfield native and current Academy Award nominee is helping to raise money to renovate the auditorium at the former South High School. Fans who donate $10 or more to "The Show Me Campaign" have the chance to win prizes, including a private John Legend concert.
