At this parking garage, there is a dumbwaiter. It likely has little to do with the parking garage itself, since besides ground level, it only serves a basement level, but it is one of the first things one sees when entering as a pedestrian. The structure also houses a drugstore that extends one floor above ground level. This results in a fairly long distance between ground level and the lowest parking level. On a sign, the latter is consequentially called the second floor, as it also houses offices. When calling the elevator on ground level, the button illumination goes out quite a long time before the elevator actually arrives.
