Here's an easy vegetable recipe that is whole food, plant based and full of delicious PROTEIN! It's compliant with the no sugar, no flour Bright Line Eating style of eating that I follow and also the whole food plant based nutritarian diet! I've explained in the video how I measure to make 1 vegetable serving for Bright Line eating. It's also compatible with Dr. Fuhrman's nutritarian diet, Dr. MacGregor's How Not to Die plan, and Michael Pollan's advice to "eat food. mostly plants. not too much." We've lost 100 and 90 lbs each eating food like this, see our channel for additional weight loss and cooking videos.
