As Modi government has entered into its last year, the development projects are getting unprecedented push. 
The Prime Minister Modi will dedicate phase one of the Delhi-Meerut expressway and Eastern Peripheral Expressway to the nation.
The 135-km-long Eastern Peripheral Expressway project which cost Rs 11,000 crore, is a very crucial project. It will play a key role to decongest Delhi’s traffic, giving signal-free connectivity between Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Greater Noida and Palwal.
Phase I of Delhi-Meerut expressway is almost 9-km long and has 14 lanes, and runs from Nizammudin bridge to the Delhi-Uttar Pradesh border.
