Generalised ringworm in a Golden Retriever

Generalised ringworm is very itchy. The owner used medicated shampoo for over two months but the dog still scratched. There are raised urticarial-like skin lumps as well. Ultra-violet light shows fluorescence of Microsporium species in this dog.
