A meeting of the IGAD group of East African countries on development and the EU has wrapped up in Brussels. It comes off the back of meetings which included Ugandan president Yoweri Museveni and EU commission president Jean-Claude Juncker on the East African community's Economic Partnership agreement with the EU.
