Ingredients 1 cup (250 mL) sugar 4 Tbsp (60 mL) cocoa ½ cup (125 mL) butter ½ cup (125 mL) milk 1 cup (250 mL) peanut butter (smooth or crunchy) 2 tsp (10 mL) vanilla 3 cups (750 mL) quick cooking oatmeal parchment paper Method: In a heavy saucepan bring to a boil: sugar, cocoa, butter and milk. Once boiling, continue to boil for 1 minute then add peanut butter, vanilla and oatmeal.
