Nairobi public toilet association claim a gang wants to take over management

There is a brewing dispute over Public toilets in Nairobi's Central Business District. The Toilet operations association of Kenya which manages public toilets in Nairobi County says it is concerned that an organized gang wants to take over the toilets it manages. Police are currently investigating these claims that may affect public access to the toilets.
