WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP- Trotwood Public Works Operations Manager Dalton Hines has been arrested on charges of voyeurism and tampering with evidence after an incident with a minor at a Washington Township Tanning salon. The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office says they were called to Hot Spot on Miamisburg Centerville Road Thursday evening, after a patron alerted management someone may have taken cell phone pictures of her in a state of undress. "We just had someone that was in a room, and we well, the person that was in the room next to them saw them taking pictures of her over top of one of our rooms and she's a minor," said employee Allie Carpenter to dispatchers, according to official records. Major Daryl Wilson with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office said Dalton had allegedly been tanning in a room adjacent to the one the 16 year old female victim was using. The victim told deputies when she got out of the tanning bed, she noticed a black and white iPhone on top of the booth, being held by someone in the adjacent room. The victim told deputies she was only wearing underwear at that time. "Obviously she became panicked and notified the employees of the tanning salon," said Major Wilson. Deputies say Hines quickly left the salon, and the later caught up with him at a location on Spring Valley Road, in a Trotwood city vehicle. "He denied the whole thing, then when we talked to him
