Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta has signed an anti-doping amendment bill into law. It comes two days after the World Anti-Doping Agency said Kenyan legislation needed further changes if the country was to be declared compliant. Earlier this week, International Olympic Committee President Thomas Bach said Russian and Kenyan athletes would have to be screened individually before they could take part in the Rio Games.
