CINCINNATI, OH. (WKRC) – Three days after Joshua Kash ran from the Hamilton County Courthouse after learning he was going to jail, police are still looking for the now fugitive.

Kash was arrested in October on charges of abduction and assault and was released on his own recognizance.

However, before his next court appearance, he made contact with the alleged victim.

That action forced Judge Foley to revoked the previous agreement and place Kash into custody of the Hamilton County Sheriffs Office. When Kash learned of that, he ran.

“Him (Kash) being out on OR in the first place is mind-boggling,” said Hope Fidder. “Because he’s got a record going back 13 years as far as I know.”

In 2003, Kash crashed his car into a motorcycle fundraising rally killing one man, causing leg amputations of two people and injuring several others.

Fidder wasn’t on the ride that day, but should have been. She was out running errands for one of the women injured, Catherine Lipps.

"I had to call their kids and tell them what happened, I had to tell Cathy her leg was gone,” said Fidder.

Over the coming months and years, Fidder would be by her friend's side at court hearings and protests hoping for justice.

Kash served a year in jail for vehicular homicide.

In 2015, Kash took a deal in Franklin, Ohio related to a fire that was ruled arson at a motorcycle club. He also served a year for that crime.

"He just keeps getting away with stuff, why change your behavior if there are no real consequences to your behavior,” said Fidder. “He seems to think he is untouchable. "

There was surveillance video Kash leaving the courtroom, taking off a sweater and blending into the crowd at the courthouse and vanished.

“I really would just like to see him caught and I would really like to see justice finally done in him and finally get a sentence he deserves,” said Fidder.
