http://www.homebuildingandrepairs.com/books/index.html I don't know how many phone calls I get from homeowners looking for professional advice after someone made a bad home repair. It wasn't more than a half hour ago, that I was replying to a e-mail from someone who's suffering from the same problem. The person had some work done to their home and now the drywall is cracking and for some reason, the home is popping and creaking. Honestly, I don't know how many times I go over to someone's house for an estimate or to work on their home and notice problems from inexperienced workmanship and incorrect building materials. If we quit hiring inexperienced so-called professionals, we might be able to get rid of them in the future.
