Nigeria's Vice president Yemi Osinbajo has rushed to the oil rich Niger Delta region to avert possible resumption of pipeline Vandalism. Militants in the region, accusing Nigeria's federal government of lack of commitment to talks, have threatened to resume attacks on oil and gas pipelines.
