Stephen Kirogo took over the reins at the Public Service Commission with a promise to revolutionalize the critical sector in line with the government’s development agenda.  Kirogo pledging to rein in on bad elements within the public service in the wake of questions over the integrity of some public servants accused of acts and omissions that have cost the taxpayer billions of shillings.
