Drama characterized an exercise by the Nairobi Country government to clamp down properties with unpaid rates in Eastleigh. City hall is targeting six prime properties in the Eastleigh commercial hub which have accumulated rates of over 20 million shillings. According to the chairman of the rates and revenue committee at City Hall Dr. John Ntoiti, the property owners have been dodging city hall for long.
