If you speak to any youngster today or interact with any youngster online, you will find them oozing with confidence, knowledge and information. In fact, if you speak to them, most of them will end up giving you advice or solutions to life or even bullying you online. These keyboard warriors sound very strong, powerful and completely invincible. However, if you were to meet them and interact with them face to face you would find out that most of them are very good at communicating their thoughts - which are mostly hyped up and very confident. However, where practical knowledge, experience & know how is concerned - they are totally lost and have no idea about what they are saying or talking about.
And this in itself can be a very serious problem.
Why?
Because today's generation suffers from this illusion of knowledge, the surplus of confidence & the mistaken identity that they are invincible and that they can achieve anything. Now, I do understand the importance of self-confidence, reading good books, listening to worthwhile educational programs and being intelligent - but is that enough to succeed and survive in today's hyper competitive world?
