We spoke with representatives who are in country to establish an implementation committee and to conduct a regional training of trainers for participants from Belize, St. Lucia, Grenada and Jamaica. Our guests shared that the literacy is important for clarity in understanding and communicating about mental health issues within the school systems. Teachers will be trained to be able to know what signs to look for and to have the right understanding to communicate the issues.
