A dwarf hamster has left ear warts

A hamster has left ear warts. This was removed by surgical excision under gas anaethesia. The owner is concerned about the anaesthetic risk but there is practically no risk as the short surgery takes less than a minute. Early detection leads to early removal of a small sized wart.
