Blue work engine at Columbus Circle

I am not sure how many of this kind of engine there are that the TA owns, but I can certainly say that this is the first time I have ever seen a blue colored work engine at any point, as opposed to the normal yellow and black. Here we are at 59th Street Columbus Circle, where we see engine 57 as it pulls a small work train out of the station.
