In this Fight class we went over defensive and offensive strategies when using obstacles in our environment such as curbs, bushes, trees, poles, walls, and other people. To simulate this environment we practiced drills and sparring rounds with pads and chairs on the floor, padded walls, and heavy bags hanging throughout one of the rooms.
