Mother Nature intended sea lions to eat fish. They are being killed at the Bonneville Dam for eating 1% of the spring run and the latest one C021 was killed in Astoria 08/12 for the crime of eating fish. ODFW and the Army Corp of engineers student observation program readily admit that the sea lion numbers and their predation on fish numbers are all inflated, and extrapolated whether there are really any animals at the dam or not, and the observers do not work the weekends. Music : All along the Watch Tower from one of my favorite all time soundtracks, from the movie " I'm Not There ".
