A local homeless advocate from Sacramento recently returned from helping migrant families at the border and wants to share his experience with the community. Gale Filter went to the Tijuana border with some of his fellow parishioners from Encounter Church in Natomas. He says what he captured with his camera is something he says he will never forget.
