Today we're making some smoked chicken wings on our char griller akorn. Nothing special is happening in our prep of these wings, were just going to dry brine them before the cook for 4 hours, overnight is even better. Then were going to hit them off with a little chicken bbq rub and get them on our cooker at 300 degrees. At about 45 minutes through the cook we'll flip them over then at the hour mark we're going to hit them with our sauce and let that cook on for about another 5 minutes. Thats it, after that all thats left to do is enjoy. Till next time y'all take it easy.

Butter Garlic Parm sauce:
  1 Stick of butter
  1 Tbsp of granulated garlic
Add parm till the sauce is almost paste like.

Apple Habanero Sauce:
  1 Stick of butter
1/3 Cup of habanero hot sauce
  2 Tbsp of apple jelly

For both sauces just mix over medium heat until they are combined.
