The stitches of the first surgery were removed. Soon, the large swelling ruptured spilling out over100 ml of blood and serum. No blood clots were present. I stitched up the incised swollen muscles after draining the blood and then closed the skin with horizontal mattress sutures after debridement of the wound. Then I had the head bandaged but the bandage fell off overnight.
