It has been one year since I had my Bariatric Surgery. From a whooping 108kgs I managed to bring down my weight to 77kgs. And ever since that surgery my life has never been the same. My relationship with food has changed tremendously and the way I eat also has changed. So here is a run down of what I have gone through exactly 12 months since my surgery.

Before my weight was 108kgs.
Today my weight is 77kgs.

Before, I could eat anything and everything, in large quantities and I didn't have to think twice about what I ate. Today, I have to be very careful what I eat as I cannot eat in large quantities, I cannot eat rice more than a bowl, more than two slices of bread, I absolutely cannot eat sweets in large quantities and that is where food is concerned.

Where my energy levels are concerned it is not as high as it used to be and ever since the surgery I have had to dependent on Vitamins & Minerals - which I have to have for the rest of my life.

So in this video I share my experience after 1 year since my Bariatric Surgery.
