Scientists in Uganda say there's been an increase in wild birds dying along the shores of Uganda's largest lake Victoria. The country announced the outbreak of the deadly Bird Flu earlier in the week and the East African Region is on alert. CGTN's Michael Baleke visited one of affected areas
