Why Good Self-Improvement Advice Online Is Actually Bad For You

Given the fact that I interact with a lot of youngsters and people who are into the Self-Improvement genre, it is not uncommon for me to hear stories, theories, strategies & ideas which have been recommended by International & Public Figures. For example, if you read Tony Robbins or Tim Ferris or Gary Vaynerchuk - you will be constantly bombarded with ideas, strategies and shortcuts on what to eat, how to live, when to sleep, what to do - the list goes on and on. You will be inundated with information to tell how you can make your life better, how you can become richer, how you can become more successful and live a better quality life.
Now even though I am a student of learning, growing and self-improvement, I do not buy into each and every bit of information that I receive online.
Why?
Because over the period of time - through experience I have learned is that advice is always free-flowing and is easily given by each and every person on this planet. But the question is - how much of it is truly practical? How much of it can you actually do for the rest of your life? How much of it is really worth following?
In this video I address the issue about Cherry
