With the idea of a referendum now seemingly getting backing from different quarters, the conversation on what needs to be amended is taking shape. Mombasa senator Mohammed Faki is proposing the introduction of a Prime minister who will be the head of government while the president just leads the country.  However, Kericho senator Aaron Cheruiyot says the Government's hands are full in the quest to deliver on their election promises, and that the referendum is not a priority.
