Lama Zopa Rinpoche is referring to verses of Nagarjuna praising Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. They are like the mother who loves her only sonor daughter. If someone praises them then the mother is so happy, if someone critizises them she becomes so sad. All sentient beings in thesix realms who are unenlightened are like the only most cherished child for the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. So, whatever you do, even a little helpfor an insect becomes so important for them. It is making them sooooo…happy, making a huuuuge….difference.
