You know we've been covering Ryan Lochte quite heavily—and 1 story in particular—if he's gonna be the next BACHELOR!
ABC is seriously considering the 28 year old Olympic Athlete for the gig, and it seems like Ryan is into the idea, but the big pay-day has gotta come through first!
Radar Online is reporting that Ryan is asking for somewhere between $750,000 and $1 million to star in the series and find his future wife.
 He's asking for about $250k MORE than Roberto Martinez was reportedly offered for the gig, so it'll be interesting to see ABC thinks the gold-medalist is worth the big bucks.
Ryan hasn't been shy in interviews, showing his enthusiasm in pursuing a career in Hollywood, but he's still got his image and family in mind.
Sources are saying that Ryan is very careful of the projects and endorsements that he picks, because he wants to protect his "All-American image"—He told HollywoodLife, "I will definitely think about it, but before I commit to it, I will ask my family and see what they think."
According to an insider who's close to Lochte, the offers don't end at The Bachelor—they're saying his agents are being bombarded with offers, ranging from endorsements, to reality tv, to his own reality show, and even some overseas movies.
