MIAMI VALLEY -- Anthem Inc. is now part of the largest health care breach to date.

So far, about 80 million customers were targeted in the company's cyber attack. Investigators say hackers acquired patients account information including names, birthdays, medical IDs, Social Security numbers, street addresses, email addresses and employment information.

Right now, there is no evidence that credit card or medical information was stolen.

Anthem plans to individually notify current and former customers if their data has been stolen. Plus offer free credit monitoring and identity protection services to the affected customers.

The FBI is investigating the breach.

Anthem has established a website where members can access information about the breach. Click here for more information. There is also a toll-free number for current and former members to call, 877-263-7995.
