Idi Amin was one of the most infamous Ugandans in the world, mainly because of his deeply repressive, dictatorial regime. Nearly four decades have passed since his ouster, but Uganda is still working to improve its national image which is marked by several cases of violent history, in order to boost earnings and investments in its tourism sector.
