Resurfacing on S Council between SW 29th & SH 152 had traffic backed up every-which-way. Little red pickup decided that they either didn't mind waiting in traffic or they just didn't want to detour and that the spot they decided to pull an illegal u-turn looked pretty good to turn around at... Wide-angle lense makes it seem they're farther than they really were (closer).
